Impacting the Community

We love Collin county and we want to make a lasting, tangible difference in our community. That means more than providing a meal or fixing up someone’s house. It involves coming alongside those in our cities, building relationships with them, and helping them flourish as humans loved and cherished by God.

At Christ Fellowship, we intentionally partner with other organizations, government entities, and local churches to help residents across Collin county thrive once again.

Webb Elementary

Webb Elementary is a campus of 500+ students located in McKinney. Roughly 78% of students are considered financially at-risk. Christ Fellowship partners with the Webb Elementary staff and faculty to support students and their families. As a volunteer, you can serve as a tutor, an encouraging mentor, or classroom helper. You can even help show appreciation to the tireless teachers who invest so deeply in their students’ lives.

Collin County Detention Center

Throughout the week, Christ Fellowship maintains an active volunteer presence at the Collin County Detention Center, serving incarcerated men and women. On Wednesday afternoons, inmates worship along with a recording of the previous week’s service and participate in small groups just like the rest of the church. They are growing and impacting others just as the rest of the Christ Fellowship family does in daily life. The facility is only 15 minute drive from either campus, making this a great opportunity to love and serve those behind bars.

Missions Fund

Christ Fellowship impacts hundreds of families every year right here in Collin County and across the globe. Through our partners, the church is alleviating poverty, promoting human dignity, planting churches, and reducing suffering both at home and around the world.

The Missions Fund is the new financial mechanism that awakens, empowers, and mobilizes the Christ Fellowship family locally, regionally, and internationally. It’s your support that makes it all possible. This new fund combines the giving from the former Global Ministries and Community Impact Ministries funds.
