We recognize that for some of us, new technology can be overwhelming and completely not fun. But we assure you that the new CF Home App is absolutely worth the quick learn. Check out these FAQs to see if they help you figure it out, and if not—just give us a shout, and we’d be happy to help!

DO I HAVE TO CREATE AN ACCOUNT?

No, you are able to use the app in Guest mode, if you prefer. However, many of the app’s best features (like FastPass, custom dashboard, and groups integration) require you to log in to your Christ Fellowship account — it’s the only way for us to know what types of content to show you!

HOW DO I CREATE AN ACCOUNT?

When you first open the app, you will be prompted to login or create an account if you do not already have one. Simply enter your email address and/or phone number and follow the steps from there! If you’re already using the app in Guest mode, just tap the grey icon in the top right corner, and choose “Log In” to start the process.

WHAT IS MY DATA USED FOR?

When you create a CF account, any data you provide is only shared with Christ Fellowship. We do not sell or share any data, and all our servers are stored right here on-campus. Providing your name, email, and phone number allows us to connect your app experience with any other activities you’ve participated in at Christ Fellowship, so we can customize your experience to your next best step.

HOW DO I LOGIN?

When you first open the app, you will be prompted to login using your phone number or email address. The app will send an authentication code to whichever method you choose. After you enter that code into the app, you will automatically be logged in. You will not need to log in again unless you manually log out, or you get a new phone.

WHAT IF I WANT TO SWITCH CONGREGATIONS?

We are 1 Church, 2 Languages, and now we have 1 App, 2 Languages! If you are already a member of Christ Fellowship, the app will automatically select your congregation based on your previous activity. At any point, if you’d like to switch to view the Spanish Congregation, you may tap the icon in the top right corner, and choose “Change Congregation.”
