The second is this: “‘Love your neighbor as yourself.’ There is no commandment greater than these.”

Mark 12:31

Jesus told us the greatest two commandments were to love God and love our neighbors. But our world today looks very different than the world Jesus lived in — we have cars and cell phones and social media and commitments and so many distractions.

And while it may be easier than ever to hole up in our homes and keep to ourselves, it’s also easier than ever to connect with the people around you. You just have to know where to start.

And Spring is a great time to start — there are so many opportunities to connect, and to make sure the people where you live, work, and play are known and loved.
